VISALIA, CA FEBRUARY 5, 2025— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) proudly welcomes Zoe Grooms, PA-C, to our family medicine team at our Visalia Mooney health center. Zoe brings a reputation for medical excellence, leadership, and volunteer work to help improve access to quality care throughout Tulare County.
Zoe’s journey in healthcare began at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Zoe fortified her education by serving time as a Nursing Volunteer with the Free Medical Clinic in Columbia, as well as a Medical Volunteer with MEDLIFE Medical Mission Trips to Lima, Peru and Tena, Ecuador. After graduating, Zoe moved to Louisville, KY, to serve as an Emergency Room Technician with Norton Healthcare. Zoe ultimately chose to further her education by enrolling at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT, where she worked to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. Throughout her education, Zoe has gained a wide range of patient care and medical specialties, including skills in family medicine, women’s health, emergency medicine, pediatrics, and more. In 2025, Zoe accepted a position with Family HealthCare Network.
Zoe brings a passion for lifestyle medicine to Family HealthCare Network, with an emphasis on physical activity and nutrition education. During her time at the University of South Carolina, Zoe worked as a Group Fitness Instructor. Zoe is now accepting patients at Family HealthCare Network’s Visalia health center at 2333 S. Mooney Boulevard.
