Family HealthCare Network Welcomes New Provider, Evan Dean, FNP-C
Dean’s Experience Includes Emergency Medicine and Pain Management
VISALIA, CA FEBRUARY 28, 2024— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) proudly welcomes Evan Dean, FNP-C, to our family medicine team at our Visalia Bridge health center. Dean brings a wealth of experience from his time working in Urgent Care/Emergency medicine, spine surgery, and pain management, helping to fortify the quality of service available to the people of Visalia and all of Tulare County.
Dean’s professional journey in health care began at College of the Sequoias, where he earned his Associate’s degree in Registered Nursing. Dean then worked in the intensive care unit as a Registered Nurse while he continued his education at California State University San Marcos, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing. Dean then joined Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he earned his Master’s degree in Family Practice Nursing. Dean next started working in Emergency Medicine at the Kaweah local urgent care sites before relocating to Provo, Utah, where he worked alongside an Orthopedic Spine surgeon to take on multiple roles and serve complex patients. Dean returned to Central California to work in Pain Management and Orthopedics at Adventist Health in Hanford. In 2023, Dean accepted a position with Family HealthCare Network.
Dean speaks English and Spanish and is now accepting patients at Family HealthCare Network’s Visalia health center at 501 N. Bridge Street.
