Lang’s Experience to Expand Healthcare Opportunities at Hanford 12th
HANFORD, CA APRIL 19, 2024— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) proudly welcomes Chloe Lang, PA-C, to our family medicine team at our Hanford 12th health center. Lang brings a history of scholarly excellence, international study, and leadership further to strengthen our growing access to healthcare services in Kings County.
Lang’s career journey in healthcare began in Zagreb, Croatia, where she participated in the Atlantis Fellowship at the Klinicki Bolnicki Centar. Lang next joined the COPE Health Scholars UCLA, where she provided a wide range of care for patients at the Adventist Health Castle Hospital of Kailua, HI. Shortly after, Lang graduated from Hawaii Pacific University, where she received her Bachelor of Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Health Science, graduating cum laude. Lang then decided to continue her education at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. Lang’s clinical experience spanned multiple fields of study and specialization, including OB/GYN, internal medicine, NICU, trauma surgery, and family medicine. In 2024, Lang accepted a position with Family HealthCare Network.
Lang is now accepting patients at Family HealthCare Network’s Hanford health center at 939 S. 12th Avenue.
