Family HealthCare Network Welcomes New Provider, Andrea Oseguera, CNM
Oseguera Brings Labor and Delivery Expertise to Porterville Community.
PORTERVILLE, CA JANUARY 29, 2025— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) proudly welcomes Andrea Oseguera, CNM, to our OB/GYN team at our Porterville health center. Born and raised in Porterville herself, Oseguera is passionate about improving access to quality Women’s Healthcare for the people of Porterville and Tulare County.
Oseguera’s career in healthcare began at California State University Bakersfield, where she worked to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. With her degree in hand, Oseguera joined Adventist Health Bakersfield as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. She served in similar roles at healthcare facilities across California, including Sierra View Medical Center and Palmdale Regional Medical Center. Oseguera chose to continue her education at Frontier Nursing University in Lexington, KY, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree. Oseguera gained her clinical experience at Family HealthCare Network and Sierra View Medical Center. In 2025, Oseguera accepted a position with Family HealthCare Network.
Andrea Oseguera is now accepting patients at Family HealthCare Network’s Porterville health center at 1107 W. Poplar Avenue.
